The Stilton is great but a bit runny.
Never tried it. I liked the Cheshire cheese and a cheddar, IIRC. Itβs been a long time since Iβve had good sharp cheese like that.
Edam cheese I love. And among English cheeses, the world famous Cheddar, of course. Though there are literarily dozens of great cheeses on that island.
Only lived there for a few months in Sheffield. The big market in the city had huge cheese vendors, Iβve never seen anything like it.
Next to Switzerland, England is the Mother of all Cheese. But cheese was actually invented in Poland during the Mesolithic.π§
Iβm partial to French cheeses, but many lands produce good items.
