Is the severity of Salvadoran prison a desensitizing ploy? A way to get Trump's pals' private prisons seen as 'more legal, less lethal' alternatives that we might not have been ok with...prior to the whole KristiRolexAbuGhraib-y video, administrative errors by, and rulings against, the Admin?
