I hope so. I got pretty concerned today when DOJ lawyers claimed to not have any idea where he’s at. Sounded like a convenient way for him to end up dead, but obviously I hope I’m wrong.

Isn't this how we treated prisoners during the Iraq war? There were people held at Guantanamo long-term, without due process, because someone accused them of something. And the torture with dogs and electric shock at Abu Ghraib prison. I wonder how many people remember and acknowledge that.

Do we know what're the details of the agreement this Administration made with El Salvador? I know we are paying their government to take these men, but are they only there for a certain amount of time or did they say as long as they live? Did they never expect them to come out of that prison?

This may be a case of "don't ask, don't tell." If the DOJ lawyers don't bother asking the Salvadoran gulag keepers where he is, they can deny knowing what's happening to him, thus dodging responsibility for his fate.

Why are we focused on just one? Most of those guys had no records. Now they are all sitting in a foreign concentration camp unable to speak to family or legal representation. CECOT is a black hole. How do we stop the regime from sending anyone there?

Because he from El Salvador, not Venezuela, and the Trump admin have admitted that he was deported by mistake. He should be the easiest case to get overturned, which may open the door for some of the Venezuelans to be returned (which is no doubt why Trump's DOJ is fighting it).

I would think that El Salvador might be smart enough to have taken him out of the prison and is holding him somewhere else to use him as a bargining chip. I can't imagine they have not noticed that Trump and his toadies have no idea what they are doing.

Today someone posted a google earth picture of a yard shot in El Salvador what looks to be a pile of bodies and a lot of blood. Is this Trumps concentration camp? He couldn’t build one here as we would see. Maybe that’s why they won’t return him. Makes me sick.
