Counterpoint (not that I think it's needed here): If not for people developing expertise and others trusting it, humankind would all still be scratching out subsistence-level existences and dying young due to preventable causes. I think that's this psychopath's goal for us all, though.

Exactly. RFK et al are peddling a particularly extreme and deluded strain of American Individualism, where each man is an island, hypercompetent and self-sufficient, where the deserving thrive and the weak die off. It’s a worldview you can only maintain if you’ve been coddled all your life.
