If I, a chunky middle aged mom with enormous boobs, were to buy jeans, should I go for skinny, straight, or boot cut? I used to swear by boot cut for balance, but then skinny got popular and I grew to like them. I'm not sure what's best. All will be high waisted bc I will not go back
Boot! I also just got some wide legs I like. But I'm prejudiced cuz I find skinnies horribly uncomfortable
I suggest a boyfriend cut. It's the equivalent of a men's athletic cut. It's loose in the right places but doesn't make you look blocky

I just ordered a pair of flare (!!) and a pair of straight leg and a cropped boot cut that'll probably be normal on me lol and a pair of clearance red leggings I tried on the skinny jeans from before baby 2 and they still fit (!) so I'm hoping the sizing is consistent and we'll see how they look on

I'm thinking a big part of me feeling so blah lately is that I had a very particular style with lots of bright colors and crazy patterns, and then I left teaching and had kids and now it's bland t shirts and lounge pants. I need to rediscover my style in my current size (my old stuff will not fit)
I used to wear so many cute skirts and dresses, and that's not really practical these days but maybe I can find my way back to me with a fun jacket or maybe a sweater, idk idk

Wide legs are back in style and I’m hoarding them like a doomsday prepper, I HATE skinny jeans.
I used to hate them but now I'm so used to them that I'm scared to branch out 🤣 I wore wide leg as a youth and I'm not sure I want to go back down that road
Comfort is my top priority with clothing now, plus skinny jeans wear out so much more quickly.

I do the Levi’s jeggings which look like skinny jeans but more forgiving
