1. Nilo's right, it's impossible with FPTP. 2. Also that Rejoin questions why England should accept the burdens of the UK Union. 3. Rejoin with deal of 2016 or now? Euro plus Schengen basically liquidates 2 core reasons of UK existence.

The 2 core reasons being implementing the same austerity as the Eurozone but independently, and being able to tell every immigrant regardless of origin "watch it or I'll call the Home Office"?

Yes and more. Pound is also key to outer Britain esp Celtic fringe rent seeking strategy. SNP "it's Scotland's pound". It also means accepting UK isn't a Great Power with Great Currency.

Hasn't Xi Jinping's push for self-sufficiency ("Made in China 2025") eliminated one of the biggest factors destabilizing the Eurozone, ie Germany getting rich by selling China the machinery which China then used to outcompete the peripheral Eurozone?

Its destabilising German arrogance. But the 2010-2020 export boom was about German disinflation via Harz, fin repression, Government capital spend austerity, and hiding behind rest of Eurozone to avoid currency depreciation. But that consensus was breaking before BYD etc.

Without the Euro wouldn't Germany's export success have caused the D-Mark to _appreciate_ not depreciate?
