Certainly not Marvel Studios constantly changing its mind and then basically remaking the films in post production. (Hollywood may also need to do fewer VFX heavy pictures and try to revive mid budget features. Easier said than done, but the current situation is unsustainable.)

Yes, you do. Though it wouldn't be sustaianable if it didn't make like a billion dollars, but that raises the issue of how much Hollywood should be relying on these films.

And also all the "accounting" there's no way this all costs so much.
