Just in case there is still anyone out there who doesn't understand that laws and executive orders are not the same thing. Laws are written and passed by our legislature and apply broadly to all citizens, businesses and organizations. Executive orders on the other hand are policy/procedural /1

directives for federal agencies and federal employees. Laws apply to everyone, executive orders apply to federal workers, and sometimes indirectly to citizens as well if the policy change impacts them directly. /2
