they also nixed free use of the app that they mostly mandate for the actual ttx so you have to buy a codex/battletome and scan that code or subscribe to Warhammer+ for access

yeah it was a pretty naked money grab that piggy backed off all the other terrible streaming service things. Partly why they're being more aggressive now I assume is that they are losing money on it and need to juice its subscriptions to justify the platform. Similar to the HBO end of multiple users
