ICE is acting illegally by not providing ID, warrants, wearing masks to hide their faces, and grabbing people without explanation or giving them their destination. That is against the law. It is action designed to instill terror in people. Terrorism is against the law. Kidnapping is against the law.

California may have benefits beyond what is the Federal standard. I have only worked in two states. Federally funded benefits are for citizens, permanent residents & refugees. This includes Medicaid, SNAP, & child care. I don’t know about housing. Birth right citizens can get benefits.
