How it started, how it ended

Starter ciabbati recipe. It went off r ails shortly after that because I misread the recipe. Finished loaves. Very hollow sounding, good bake. In cast iron skillet and Dutch oven. In the oven obviously. Haven’t baked bread for a while. It feels good.
