I still have not watched all of them yet (shame!), but here’s my own quick tier list from the one you reposted.

Tomino Tier List from the ones I’ve seen. S-Rank is for masterpieces. Turn-A, First Gundam, Zeta Movie 3, and MSG Movie 3 all rank this high A-Rank is for nigh-perfect works. Fantastic but with (minor) flaws. King Gainer, ZZ, G-Reco, F91, Zeta, and MSG Movie 1 rank here. B-Rank is for flawed gems. Ones that are still great, but something holds them back. Brain Powerd, Zeta Movie 2, CCA, MSG Movie 2, and Zeta Movie 1 all fit here. C-Rank is for “what the hell happened”, where I can see what he was going for but something horrible happened in the execution. Garzy’s Wing lies here. D-Rank will be for a well and true miss. I don’t know of any. Yet.
