I sent a cancellation request through the Primo app, writing in letter form and signing with my name, address, and account number. FTR they have been able to “find” my account in the past with no info at all as I was messaging though their app. This is what these crooks wrote back:

We were unable to locate your account with the information provided. In order for us to assist with the issue, we will need to access your account. We would need you to provide us with the account name, billing and delivery address, account number, and telephone number associated with the account. ? If you need further assistance, please visit us at www.water.com, email us at customerservice@primowater.com, or contact us at 800-492-8377. Our Customer Care Agents are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST. ? Sincerely, ?
