I think this weekend invented the homeopicket. (Although some involved would fiercely deny that's what they were).

It *is* effective though. Was saying at the weekend that it only takes one person to put up a load of flags on the lamp posts along a main road, and that area is “taken” for a certain worldview. And it’s extremely persuasive.
