The turtle is wonderful. I love shots like this. Here is the thing about bluesky. There is no algorithm to show your posts to people. You have to interact with some, particularly similar accounts, so that people find you. It's a slower build here, but the quality of audience is higher.
Not necessarily true, I engage all the time. I don’t really get a response. I just got used to being ignored most of the time, but I enjoy the posts.
It comes and goes with the posts, poster, ect. but without engaging and getting people to like or repost to a larger view, it is nearly impossible to get any notice. I think the original poster is more after views than follows.
I'm really good about responding to comments but I don't make comments nearly as much as I respond to them. I'll take quality over quantity any day so that's good to hear. Thanks for the tips. Good solid advice. :-)

Yes, you can’t build a following by only following 2 people. Engage.
conversely, if you don’t particularly care about building a following, choosing to only select a handful of accounts keeps your footprint small
I think it's more important to interact with accounts than follow them. Following too many makes the #folllow feed worthless.
