Abt 28m Amer changed address in '24. We assume 14m r women. Slightly under 1/2 of women r married, so say 6.5m. Abt 80% change their surnames, so say 5m. That's how many wmn may lose the ability to vote for being unable to produce documentation of their citizenship.FIVE MILLION. That's for ONE YEAR.

That doesn't even count the no. of adoptees whose birth names don't match current names, ppl who can't afford passports or other dox of citizenship, some who don't know how to find the dox, or run out of time to find them. There are many names for this. The one most appropriate is ROGUE NATION.
