May I ask if you were measuring using cups or weight? I actually installed tiktok to watch this and read the comments, and a lot of folks seemed to be having a similar problem if they were using cups.
I just converted to cups since i was already using a slightly different flour and gauged more by how it looked (vs her insta video), so it wouldn't surprise me if the conversion is why. It seems to be a pretty forgiving recipe and it was delicious in the end!
It is very forgiving. I was putting all 60ml of olive oil instead of 15 into the dough for 3 weeks and it worked fine. 😂

Yes! I weigh all of it, just because it's easy. Dump it all right in a bowl and mix!
Yes! Or more flour if you have the opposite problem. (a few people I talk to have!) I happen to be lucky and hers is right in the sweet spot for me
