Let's see the list of mass shootings being used for this purpose. Normally when we hear that there's one every other day or like 100 so far this year it includes all of them where 3 or more people are shot, right?

But isn’t that enough? Someone going on somewhere to shoot 3 people or 300 people is all a horrible terrorist attack.
