Trump doesn't even have the Constitutional authority to force either voter ID or to end ANY mail-in voting. 🙄 (Not to mention, his post would disenfranchise millions of US expats including me, who live outside the US and have to vote by mail.) Delusional Donald thinks he can rule by fiat, aka EO.
