it also has a larger hitbox i have to see how it feels damage consistency wise but that could be rly notable if its giant we have to see
i don't see anything abt a hitbox size increase? just 2 paint buffs and a higher bullet spread
that may be an ambiguous translation, throwing the jp notes through a translator mentions "expanding the range of dissipation of shots" in that section
idk, spread range of pellets just sounds like wider spread to me. that plus the fact there's no hitbox change mentioned in the notes themselves makes me skeptical of it being a thing
they specifically talk about making it easier to do small damage I cant see what else thats supposed to mean
bullets spread wider = crosshair needs to be less close to target to do small chip damage bc the bullets will fly out further
i mean its both i think that seems to be what they imply, larger spread = wider hitbox for small dmg but up close for max dmg
yeah but the individual pellets don't seem like they'll be any bigger, just the width of the total spread, so it seems like you get slightly more chip damage in exchange for less consistent damage overall which really doesn't seem like a good tradeoff to me
I read it as because the pellets are spread out they're more likely to chip a target because they're in a larger area? I feel like this is one of those things we'll just have to see to know for sure
