hollow knight silksong is a great game to give to your girlfriend. it's not that difficult and all the cute art will trick her into thinking it's a good video game. core gamers can take a pass on it, though. we give it 3... out of 5.
i hope we get Moray Towers squished down with most of its walls having pipes or being covered in glass/tarp for Splatoon 3's anniversary

i think most ppl agree it's annoying to fight and it's also good enough to be common (even if not top tier) which is an unfortunate combo for its reputation
im reading it as super high paint output but less consistent damage which imo is not the right direction to take the wep if that is what they did
yeah but the individual pellets don't seem like they'll be any bigger, just the width of the total spread, so it seems like you get slightly more chip damage in exchange for less consistent damage overall which really doesn't seem like a good tradeoff to me
bullets spread wider = crosshair needs to be less close to target to do small chip damage bc the bullets will fly out further
idk, spread range of pellets just sounds like wider spread to me. that plus the fact there's no hitbox change mentioned in the notes themselves makes me skeptical of it being a thing

Like you'll see someone sitting on the flank or behind the enemy team, drawing aggro of 2 or 3 players, but either their team isn't in a position to take advantage of it, or they just don't take the opportunity for whatever reason
My takeaway from watching the SQ major: it seems like people have learned to take off-angles and draw aggro better (which was a key point about the whole "Japan is better than us" discussion) but it seems like their teams aren't taking advantage of it too well?
