If the government refused to release their polling, how do you know it had 'yes' at 73%?
The more important question is what were they scared of by not releasing the poll despite a court order? 73%is mentioned in a couple of articles and the lack of engagement or response from the Westminster government tells its own story.
We can only guess what's in the 2019 govt polling (and I see the order you cite was successfully appealed by the govt). What we do know is there is plenty of current polling to look at. The most recent poll cited in The National, has independence at 52%.
