if i could give one bit of posting advice it is that while a joke can be funny because of subtext, when that subtext is converted to text and posted as a reply or quote it is definitely not funny

I've tried to reduce the proportion of my replyguy replies that are so terminally-online brained they become abstracted from what I'm actually trying to say. Often I find that I'm not actually trying to say anything, it's acting as a "super-like" which is pointless and clutters things up.
