fyi the court made sure to get the opinion out before classes started on 9/2. the school put her suspension on hold until the end of the 2025 spring academic calendar because it would be disruptive to students in her classes for that semester.

It always makes me nuts that the punishment is not teaching classes, which us actual instructors call a fucking vacation
