The Thai courts (basically operated by the military) just removed another PM for not sucking off the military a few weeks ago (she was actively working on deescalating all of the shit). I'm very tired of people treating global conflict like sportsball.
You are confusing Thailand and Cambodia, no? Cambodia leader is a former "Khmer Rouge" close to power since 1985 while Thailand is a democracy. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hun_Sen.
Neither country is free. Thailand is just a bit better at hiding how it's system works from the outside world.
I am interested if you have some specific sources or examples. Khmer Rouge = Pol Pot = communist dictator and mass murderer
The Thai military controls the court system. They remove PMs and ban parties constantly. They have repeatedly overthrown the civilian government in the country.
