Hi Amy! No I haven't. Do you have a link?
Hi, Jeff. This account analyzes the alleged data, so if you watch the video, I recommend this person (or even if you don't watch the video). The thread goes up and down from here: bsky.app/profile/r5-t...
I mostly focused on PA Here is a detailed rebuttal thread on NV bsky.app/profile/trev...
It's nothing more than supposed patterns that supposedly don't make sense. Election Truth Alliance is what happens when people try to convert fantasies into a serious endeavor.
They haven't found "data." They found voting patterns they think don't make sense.
I love the expert analysis paper for Pennsylvania. Beautiful example of authentic frontier gibberish. The bit where he hides that the whole thing is an exercise in "trust me bro" by citing to his own unpublished (and apparently not publicly available) 2023 "book manuscript" is *chef's kiss*.
Recent podcasters tried to interview him, he declined 10+ years....zero peer reviewed papers on the method....statistical jibberish bsky.app/profile/r5-t...

The worst part is his measures of "fraud" are not in any way limited to ballot manipulation. They include voter intimidation, misinformation, voter removal from rolls, etc. No one disputes those factors play a role. But that's election interference. It's bad. But it's not ballot fraud.
And it's not detectable from ballots! Looking at ballots is not going to prove any of Mebane's claims. It is undisputed that there was widespread manipulation designed to influence outcomes. And that it very likely did influence outcomes. But that's not ballot fraud.
Yep Not voter fraud, not election fraud In no way validation of ETA claims bsky.app/profile/r5-t...
I mean we can certainly quibble over whether manipulation should be considered election fraud. But we agree that his papers show zero evidence of ballot fraud, which is what ETA is claiming happened.
I’m still amazing by that first line of the ETA press release. It’s like some sort of Turing test to detect gullible morons. “We have been made aware” my ass. All it needs to Make it Perfect is random capitalization of Words and “Thank you for your attention to this matter!!!!”
It's also (disclaimer: not a lawyer) not something that actually matters. Even IF there was video evidence of Trump changing votes in the elections, or Musk hacking the tabulators - IT. DOES. NOT. MATTER. Because there is no mechanism in US law to "reverse" an election after the certification.
That fact was the only way I got my best friend to actually listen to me about why ETA's claims are bullshit. I think a lot of people want to think that if fraud is proven it will somehow get rid of Trump. And it won't.
I mean in addition to that, allllllll of this is based on "Well, this is what we THINK happened and we're PRETTY SURE we're right and please just let us actually look at the real materials so we can find out for sure!"
But “Jive” is their Executive Director, Strategy and Finance, so they must know what they’re talking about!
And your name is Gary, but we don’t hold that against you
You're kidding right?
Not in the slightest.
Is this your opinion ?
Because I think that actual votes are considered data Not patterns
This graph is meaningless and proves nothing except maybe that Democrats voted earlier than Republicans.
Do you have a background in politics? Democrats always do early voting and mail in voting as Republicans usually wait until the day of the actual election to vote.
Cool. So how does a chart that shows well established voting patterns do anything other than prove those voting patterns? How are well established voting patterns proof that fraud occurred?
I did not consider them patterns before. And I still am not 100% convinced.
Then what was the purpose of posting the screenshot?
I’ve already gone through this with Julie Like you say it’s always good to learn something new right?
Not anywhere is this thread. You posted this as “proof” and refuse to answer questions about what you think it is proof of. The only thing this graph proves is that Democrats voted earlier than Republicans. How does that indicate fraud?
But you haven't. That's why people keep pushing. You are pointing to a chart and saying that's evidence but not actually saying what you think that evidence is.
I’m gonna go find the video that I watched I wish you a good life
You can't think for yourself.
Can you explain, in simple language, what that plot depicts and how it is reasonably interpreted?
LOL So what, specifically, about the actual votes - and not the patterns of those votes - is suspicious?
Well, if you look closely…like REALLY closely…you can see… *steals wallet*
That’s the whole point of their research the outcome does not match what actually happened
So you somehow think there are fewer ballots than the final vote tally?
Do you have a background in elections at all?
Non-responsive to the question. You've still not answered what specifically about the votes is the problem.
So that you can pick apart what I say because that’s your whole agenda ? I agree with them and that’s all that matters to me
My whole agenda is that disinformation and fraud harms everyone, and you're just mad that your typical deflections about "do you know anything about elections?" didn't work because I do actually know about elections. There is no actual data. It's all wishing.
What's your agenda? "I believe this and that's all that matters to me" is fine. But why, like, expect anyone else to care?
You mean besides being a lawyer, working for many years with Election Protection, and volunteering on numerous political campaigns? In addition to that, I live in North Carolina, where we've seen *actual* election fraud and where elections have been a major issue for a while now.
Because I mean, congratulations you’re ridiculing me and I’m fucking nobody don’t tell me you’re scared
Did you ask Julie about her qualifications and try to judo reverse her answer by framing her serious qualifications as bullying?
Why would I be scared? I've criticized the actual organization to their faces. Do you think people are afraid to actually do that?
OK, so you’re saying that you’ve looked at their information and you’re calling them a fraud Go ahead and announce it publicly Not on social media, but actually in the public eye Doing it on here doesn’t mean anything
LOL Yeah. I'm calling them a fraud. I don't take homework assignments from internet randos. Sorry you got suckered, but they're a fraud.
This chart seems perfectly consistent with what actually happened, though.
Gotta love their use of “evidence.”
You...haven't presented that though.
Me ? I don’t work for them. It’s not up to me to present it.
You were the one that said the data is the actual votes and then you posted a chart. So you're saying you can't even explain what you mean?
I went to the website and took a screenshot to show you what I referred to as data
Ok. And, in your own words, what does what you referred to as data show?
Do you know anything about elections? Because for someone questioning my knowledge, you sure seem to be lacking any of your own.
They're having a hard time getting through to you so I will dumb it down in all caps. HOW DOES THAT SHIT YOU POSTED ABOUT PENNSYLVANIA QUALIFY AS GROUNDS TO BE CONCERNED. WHAT SPECIFICALLY IS IRREGULAR. They are fucking grifters just like any of the MAGA deniers. Don't fall for it.
The data doesn't show what you claim it does though.
There’s absolutely nothing that’s fucking funny about this at all
Oh, it's very funny. It's funny how desperate people are to believe somehow that the country didn't elect Trump - to the point that they'll believe conspiracy theories devoid of facts.
That’s your opinion have fun with it
Julie clearly doesn't understand statistical evidence. Or is saying 'na na na na na na'.
LOL
Nothing about this chart indicates any kind of elections issue.
I watched a video on Chris Titus’s podcast if you go to their website it’s on there ElectionTruthAlliance.org
