There are plenty of people with medical training who doubt the efficacy of a variety of vaccines. I don't agree with them, but they are there and they know more about it than I do. I was in broadcasting when the Fairness Doctrine was in place. There was no discussion or debate involved. Believe 1/

it or not, even if it could somehow be applied to Fox News Channel, FNC meets it's requirements right now, with no changes to any of their programming. 2/2

say that John Doe can't express his opinion that the vaccine is dangerous because his 80 year old father died shortly (3 months later) after receiving the shot. Under his view of the Doctrine, cable news should not air such viewpoints.
