Shows the VAST difference in work ethic too. Coordinated team work vs everyone for themselves. One of these works WAY better and it ain't the one US people use

And that shit SUCKS! 🤣 I've done roofing with a Mexican team. It's a fuckin work out for sure but gets done right and fast every time Also landscaping, warehousing, junk removal. I've been the lone white dude at so many jobs and I'm thankful for that. Taught me A LOT

LOL! My neighbor just had their roof replaced yesterday. In one day it was done. By some skilled Brown folks who spoke Spanish. You want to waste money & time dealing with crews that don’t show up bc they think it’s beneath them to be out in this heat? Hire a ⚪️ crew.

Same here! I had to have my roof replaced about five years ago. I used a local company, and their crew was Hispanic. They didn’t speak English, but they were nice guys. Very hard-working. Did a beautiful job! Done in one day!

When I notice Latino roofers in my are, I used to shout up to them, en español, to turn up the music! Not anymore. Drones are searching for the cleanest, best organized roofers, for bounty. Many Latino roofers are migrants because it's well paid work that moves around from tornado to tornado.

I’ve known a lot of immigrants in my life. I lived in South Texas when my daughter was born. I’ll never forget her first babysitter, Carmelita. She loved my daughter like she was one of her own children! I always knew she was well cared for.
