Right?! Not to mention anyone who makes it through med school should be able to read and memorize fast AF. It’s not like it’s that hard to read a chart

It really feels that way sometimes, if I were that burnt out on my career I’d pivot. Doctors who don’t actually care about their patients need to retire or go teach or something.

I definitely think a big part of it is pharma and insurance. If many weren't forced to spend 10 mins or less on each patient, things :might: be better. But I am absolutely giving them more grace they ever showed me.
