At which point we can agree this iteration of SCOTUS is an illegitimate body, right? We can just ignore their rulings then and finally REALLY get into with this administration.

Congress can expand the number of seats on the Supreme Court with just legislation. Once Democrats have full power again, that should be the first order of business, setting the number of Supreme Court justices to match the number of Appeals Courts (13 Courts).
