Frontotemporal dementia can cause it. It’s the one Bruce Willis has, and it surfaced by his losing the ability to speak. So it’s defintiely a thing that can happen if he really does have dementia. Not that anyone in his orbit would admit it

Also, with the loss of speech also often comes the loss of the ability to swallow (eat). It's downhill pretty fast from there, and into hospice. But I'm sure that *somehow* more Executive Orders will be signed. Wanna place any bets on whether Jake Tapper will write about THAT?
