How he keeps cheating death is beyond me but it’s been weeks since his hand has been pointed out and he’s still alive. His cankles tell a similar story. The ranting of someone with dementia, his dragging leg, the likely catheter and diaper… all of it. He just won’t die.

My mother’s father was a despicable person. She referred to him as “too mean to die,” but he finally did. No one mourned him. I often remember her saying “he’s too mean to die” when I think of the current occupant of the White House.
Evil people take forever to die! My ex mother-in-law—who gave two of my children her bipolar disorder—lived to be 98 but my ex-husband didn’t make it past 50 because she started to feed him alcohol when he was 3. He could never get off it, and got cancer and died. A Supreme Court descendent.
