On top of the workers in food production already being persecuted, and the obvious fact that all of us need to eat…almost every food-related biz I know, from farms to restaurants, works with really tight margins as it is. This could put so many people out of business
I had to buy tea bags at the grocery today. The box had risen $1.00 in less than a month already. Beef is already sky high. People are going to go hungry. I just can't.
If it sucks enough to wake them up out of their voter apathy or cult membership in time to overcome gerrymandered districts, great, otherwise they’ll have plenty of time to reflect on their civic failures or just embrace full-on-fascism to deflect any personal responsibility.
