Not priority for winning the midterms. When have dead children been a major concern in Texas lately? Top on school shootings but no change in gun laws, food cut,healthcare cut. Once they are born, it’s just not a concern that gets enough votes. Abortion bans, LGBTQ, trans and book bans get votes.
