Je sais que tout le monde s'en fout, mais il y a eu une reprise de Covid. Les urgences voient arriver pas mal de gens, les eaux usées le démontre aussi. Ce ne serait pas mal que vous remettiez vos FFP2 dans les transports en commun, lieux médicalisés, cad faire le strict minimum quand même...
Ils ont transformé la monnaie, qui devrait être bah logiquement un bien commun, en marchandise rare sous contrôle du capital. Pratique pour que "la dette" devienne l’instrument pour dire aux peuples : hey vous devez obéir, vous n’avez pas le choix.
Les marchés privés tiennent "la dette" en otage, mais c’est par choix institutionnel de l’UE et des gouvernements nationaux, qui ont offert ce pouvoir aux créanciers.
La "dette" est une arme de classe, elle "contraint" les gouvernements à gouverner POUR le capital. (Rien n’empêche d'annuler / de restructurer / de socialiser la création monétaire. Rien, sauf le rapport de force...)
C’est un outil disciplinaire : on fabrique une menace, on répète qu’il faut "rassurer les marchés" , et on justifie derrière l'austérité / la casse sociale / la privatisation de tout ce qui peut rapporter.
En gros, les marchés créent une rareté imaginaire et se font payer pour "prêter" de la monnaie qu’ils produisent eux-mêmes, ex nihilo, avec la bénédiction de la Banque Centrale.
Quand on dit "la dette française a dépassé 4,50%" c’est la traduction d’une spéculation privée qui exige une rente permanente sur l’argent public.
La "dette" telle qu’on nous la jette à la figure est une fiction comptable, un dispositif idéologique qui est de faire passer pour une fatalité économique ce qui est en fait un choix politique, inscrit dans l’architecture du capitalisme financiarisé.
