Use water based paint, if you want to use spray, MTN water based has good colors, if you want to use a brush, any water based acrylic will be fine, you won’t harm the tree.

What, by your definition, is loyalty?
Joe the terrible (@qdve.bsky.social) reply parent
America has always been a white nationalist, racist, misogynist country, primarily concerned with white supremacy and protecting the rich from the poor. The citizens are kept just ignorant enough to believe that freedom of choice and the illusion of security make them free.

You’ll be bought like everyone else gets bought. What better person to tempt with money than someone who has none?

Disarming marginalized groups in the face of a fascist government doesn’t seem to be a wise solution. You remember when there was gun education in schools and this sort of thing didn’t happen as often?

It is a gorgeous spot, and generally free from tourist traffic, as long as you don’t go for the horse round-ups.

It’s fairly off the beaten track, but get on elk river road and go east, if you want to make a day of it, you can find a way to Agness and then head back south west on Agness road to gold beach along the Rogue River. At agness the Rogue and the Illinois meet.

Oh, bourbon. Muse of my muse. These days I do without, But there is a magic in the wine, the whiskey, the sensuality of the cigarette after cigarette and the words rolling onto paper until you no longer can write. Bukowski said something about finding a place to stop before the Fire is out.

Waged slavery has always been the American way. The new state of management and business modeling is “what the business does not wish to pay for, bill the consumer. What work the business does not wish to do, place on the consumer. Identify the people willing to do the most work, and exploit them.”

The fact that you’d re-post this rambling madness does more harm than good. It proves that you’re bought in. You have to re-post it, infect people with the rapist’s stupidity, rather than do anything meaningful. Get to work, you cowardly scumbag.

When Freddie gray was murdered by police in Baltimore, I was at the protests, having conversations about solidarity, how to get rid of bad cops without making ourselves targets, etc. when I went home each night , the news media only was willing to show looting and inflammatory speeches.
Joe the terrible (@qdve.bsky.social) reply parent
Desperate people do desperate things. As prices rise, people who were clinging to life on minimum wage will have to find other means of income… which is why the police enforce laws on the poor that are not enforced on the rich.
Joe the terrible (@qdve.bsky.social) reply parent
Funny how the media pushes concern about semi automatic weapons while the police quietly have been militarizing for 50 plus years. Their new access to DOD assets is …. It’s like letting toddlers play with vials of bubonic plague.

Joe the terrible (@qdve.bsky.social) reply parent
It is and it isn’t. As long as it isn’t startling, it often sounds… comfortable. Like the sound of farm machinery if you grew up on a farm. Or how traffic sounds calming if you grew up in the inner city. That police are training with automatic weapons is… more than a little concerning.

Joe the terrible (@qdve.bsky.social) reply parent
There’s no wasted time in art. Connecting to the emotions necessary to make anything is worthwhile. But, what’s the end goal? To make, to make again, to capture a skill, to create something you’re satisfied with? All of these considerations are for after the work is finished, not before.
Joe the terrible (@qdve.bsky.social) reply parent
Why are the trees caged? Are they a threat to civil society?
Joe the terrible (@qdve.bsky.social) reply parent
How do you mean? you’re not silly. I have anxieties that circle around some of the art I do, I don’t know if it’s the same as “getting scared”.

I believe this was always the plan. Enrich the already-rich by being vocal about a bad plan, allowing them to short stocks/redistribute investments effectively. Once they reached the stock market low they wanted, as a sort of manual reset, and after having removed corporate restrictions, game on.

It has been said that if you want to kill the Nazi regime you must also kill the children. This is because that ideology, much like Christianity, is taught from infancy. It is the same with most racist or discriminatory ideologies. There will always be another as the ideas are carried forward.

There has never been any democracy in America. You don’t have to fight a benign government for 3 centuries to get basic human rights. Sure the ideology, iconography and trappings are all there, but look at what’s been done. There’s never been a time where money and power did not dictate.
