Late last night, a federal appeals court blocked President Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport immigrants. This is a huge win for the rule of law. Once again, a court ruled that Trump can't invoke a false emergency to grab power.
Basically, in the final years before the English Civil War, the king told Parliament "that's it, I'm tired of arguing with you, I'm ruling without you" and told them to pack it up and go home.
I agree that the charge of "racism" was used with great promiscuity on the left, to label and besmirched many honest disagreements. I often encountered this personally myself. But that is absolutely no excuse for turning around and embracing real racism without shame, as MAGA has done.

No, it can’t. US warships on the high sea are subject to the jurisdiction of the US. The US military can’t just kill foreign nationals in the US on suspicion of being terrorists. Drug trafficking isn’t a terroristic offense and falls under LE jurisdiction, not military.
