No-one of consequence, and getting used to disappointment. Like the twenty-second elephant with heated value in space (bark!).

Christopher H Bidmead : a warm, engaging and hugely intelligent man who enjoyed putting the cat among the pigeons on interviews. In real life though, he was approachable and kind: and made the nicest coffee Iβve ever had. Here is is at home in Dec 2013 when he kindly asked me round. RIP Chris x

Agreed...although the problems I had with that show are pretty much the same ones I have with Andor, unfortunately.

As someone who was dreading the return of RTD as producer, is there any good reason I should be watching the current or previous season of Doctor Who? I'd like to to think there's something I might get out of it, but doesn't seem likely at this point, sadly...

Catch-25 held that only crucial employees were allowed to do government work, but that no government work was to be deemed βcrucial.β Thus, anyone working needed to stop work immediately, while anyone not working needed to start immediately. βItβs a hell of a catch, that Catch 25,β Yossarrian said.

I first got hooked on the show from Sci-Fi Channel re-runs during the tail end of the 90s until they stopped showing them in 2004 (I think). Despite having seen Mike first, I came to prefer the Joel era, but both are talented in their own ways, as are the performers in the Netflix/Gizmoplex seasons.

I had no idea the Polar Express movie is apparently so despised. The few times I've seen it, I've enjoyed it, and thought it had become something of a modern classic. The motion capture effects never dipped into the uncanny valley for me, either. Guess I'm on the fringe here, as usual...
