Yeah I mean I used to work with vaccines and flu vaccine variants change every year so the flu shot needs to be updated to meet that threat each year. Vaccines are tri-vailant or quad valiant. i.e 3 or 4 strains. I had pneumonia from flu twice, now I get vaccine annually
