I just got a YouTube ad of an AI woman telling me to order a free Trump coin with the engraved image of him surviving his assassination attempt. What an absolute dystopia we live in.
Because objectively, their lives will be worse off under Republicans like Trump. No matter how bad things seem already, they can always get worse, as we have seen. People are losing their jobs, people are gonna start losing access to medical care, immigrants and even citizens are being deported.
Right now, in particular, is a time everyone should be speaking out against the blatant authoritarianism and human rights abuses we're seeing in this country.

As someone who's currently in the process of moving from Flordia to California, in part, to protect my own rights, I'm kinda mixed on this. There are progressives in every state, and I'm glad they're fighting the good fight. But the politicians and laws, on a state level, are really bad.
