The decision to hold a hearing virtually depends on the immigration court and the judge's discretion. I don’t know why democrat politicians are not talking to judges to do virtual hearings.

5) We need to know who makes the lists. They are doomed when they arrive! We think it's ICE HSI 'way up' we're told. We need to know why some are arrested and some are detained.
4) The List: When they arrive, their name is already on a list carried around by up to seventeen ICE agents gather outside the courtroom. When they leave, they are grabbed and sometimes dragged to the back stairs. We don't know what happens after that.
3) This young man had no criminal record, a month old infant at home and granted a court date in the future. Instead, masked and armed ICE agents wait in the hall and they are disappeared. I am haunted by the look.
2) After the judge gives them a continuation. There is a look of bewilderment, that this was the very thing they sought asylum to escape. That they will never see their families again.
