This is the last I will say about this. I did not lobby my colleagues to vote no on this commissioner but I had A NUMBER of them come up to me after. If I were on this commission, I would be reflecting on my position before coming back to rules. Rules is not a pass through anymore.

I let him give his thought process and I disagreed. I’m going to ask all of them the same thing.
