I recently rewatched ER from start to end & wondered if the actors were all still friends. Not only are Clooney, Wyle, Margulies, & Edwards still friends, according to Julianna Margulies, she & George Clooney still sign their personal emails to each other as "Love, Carol" or "Love, Doug" ❤️

Working on a new beading project. These will be earrings (this is just the first one) and will be pretty large. I don’t wear earrings like this so they will likely be up for grabs when they are done. Need to straighten up the lines but when it’s filled it should shift those a bit.

I took a photo of the maple leaf I beaded with the Métis symbol, added my handwriting to say “Métis Proud”, made it into iron on transfers, then added them to the newest ribbon skirt I just finished sewing today. I am really proud of this one!!

I usually just sell on my social media sites, as paying and maintaining a site eats into any money I make.
I’m starting to gather new fabric for scarf season so expect to see some new things up for sale soon-ish. I have also started working on some Métis specific things to sell & some beaded jewelry. I am hoping between all 3 (and posting new podcast stories), it will be enough to keep bills paid🤞🏽
The police never helped, and often called it a he said/she said, but frequently they told me they knew what was going on but they couldn’t do much. I got 2 restraining orders on him, but that never stopped him. Here, in another state, we finally feel safe…ish.
I wouldn’t say I was lucky. My ex tried to kill me on several occasions & while the police were called each time all they did was ask him to stay elsewhere for the night. Both myself & my child live with severe PTSD.
