Every year there is a chonky male Hummingbird that I call Bully Bob. This is the feeder closest to a tree and usually he waits there to protect his personal feeder. Today he was ready to stay there and zoom at any others who cared to join him. Perfectly normal. 🪶 (Sorry about the shakiness) 🤷♀️

There are many things we will look back on with incredulity but what has happened over the past ten days, is absolutely criminal.
Sick. Me, too. Hardest struggle is staying in touch with my feelings and foraging back through the emotional litter to choose that hate is not the answer. I find myself listening to others and offering words to calm them down.
It's hard not to post political stuff because I want to express how I feel about things going on here/inform others. BUT its really messing with my mental and physical health. I'm going to have to limit posts in that regard because it's literally rampiing up my anxiety and making me sick.

Respectfully disagree: 1) in fact it is unusual for a democracy w/ this level of GDP to turn authoritarian & so quickly; 2) the weakness of both institutions (congress & courts) and individuals (Schumer etc) is shocking. Would take less than 10 people in congress or 2 SC justices to stop all this.
