Pesto freezes great! You can also just food process basil in oil and do the rest of the recipe later. Freeze in ice cube trays or flattened baggies to break off chunks easily.

All hell broke loose with screaming people and jarring boats and airhorns going off because they tried to leave the dock while still tied to it 💀 mind you this is a freaking fuel dock. So they untied the cleat and tried to leave again, hitting a sailboat, and tearing off the dock - wait for it… 2/
There’s been a transport/tug docking every morning at 6:30 am at our little quiet country marina, to service the barges laying cable down the lake. It sucks. Their engine is huge and stinky and they run it the entire time docked, the workers are loud, and they put out huge wakes. This morning… 1/

Just pick up water by hose in your collapsible tank and 12v pump it into your home tank.
Without a well for a while. Hot water tank is 6 gallons. We make it super hot and feed it in slowly. There are so many hacks!
We do low water consumption on the boat. Composting toilet uses no water. Showers use the most. We can get by on 3-10 gallons a day depending on showers. If you have a tank in the house, and a collapsible tank in the car, and a 12v pump, water is 7lbs/gallon - you could probably manage…

If there is water there, I would think running a new pipe down to it would make more sense than drilling - you already have a hole with water in it.
