The thing that is most incomprehensible about the anti-vaxx shit is everyone gets infections, and knows how much they suck. We could get sick much less! It wouldn't be all that expensive to install air filters, UV lights, and ramp up vaccine research, but lots of people prefer being sick.

Cycling is inherently more suburban than walking/walkability: bikes take up more space but are faster than walking (they also cost more money). So for American cities, building good bike infra is more important than improving walkability.

Insane alpha in a 15 minute weightlifting workout doing 15 rep sets on the big compounds, assuming you have a home gym. Lower weight, higher rep sets build muscle and are less hard on joints, and strength needs to be targeted less frequently. You can finish this circuit without much rest.

I get annoyed by bad storytelling in TV (not that resolution is the only part of that), but at least there is acting, costumes, camera work, etc.
