Yea, I think the whole thing is great and shows so much respect for the viewers. When you're used to sports including so many technicalities and "coaches challenges", it's kinda amazing to watch something where they genuinely care about getting things fair and correct.
I'd also say that watching rugby as a newbie can be really nice. You can hear the referee the whole time. When there's a penalty, you see and hear the whole story - you hear the referee talking with the video official, you see what she sees, etc. It really helps you understand what's going on.
