This is the second time this group has had bus drama. On their NYC trip the bus broke down outside of Philly. They had trouble getting a replacement bus so they got home at 1 am instead of 3 pm...

Now I would have had no problem driving my kid to the airport to begin with. Don't get me out of bed at 4 am and then feed me bullshit about developing the ability to pivot...
The leader calls us all together at 5:15 with a song and dance about the bus. The long and short of it is we gotta carpool the kids to the airport if they're going to catch their flight...
We get to the spot at it's parents and teens milling around but no bus. 5 am and still no bus...
The bus to the airport was supposed to meet at 4:30 am so we're up at 4 ready to go...
