Yes, absolutely, it's often cold brewed. I prefer hot brew and then chill it overnight, because you get a fuller, sharper flavor, but cold brew is quite good itself and very refreshing. I make about a gallon at a time, put it in liter bottles, and leave it in the fridge overnight, usually.
