Agree. Because PEI is so small with limited arable land, and much of the economy relies on agriculture. It’s one concern of foreign acquisitions. It doesn’t matter who the foreign ownership is, or shouldn’t. Non-residents in PEI can’t own more than 5 acres or 165 ft of shore frontage
